Terms & Conditions for DocMaster

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DocMaster application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use or download this software.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

TyagiHub grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use DocMaster strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal or commercial document editing needs.

3. Document Ownership & Content Responsibility

You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all documents, text, images, and content that you open, modify, or export through DocMaster. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all legal rights and authorizations to edit, sign, or modify any files processed through the application.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of DocMaster without prior written permission.
• Use DocMaster to forge, fraudulently alter, or fabricate legal, financial, or governmental documents without authorization.
• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or exploit the referral rewards or PRO licensing system through automated bots or scripts.

5. DocMaster PRO & Referral Program

DocMaster offers an optional Referral and PRO rewards system. By sharing your valid referral code with friends, both you and your friend may receive complimentary PRO days. We reserve the right to suspend referral rewards if fraudulent or abusive automated activity is detected.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DocMaster is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure total document accuracy during PDF conversions, OCR, and compression, TyagiHub does not warrant that operations will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TyagiHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software, or any loss of data. Always keep independent backups of critical original documents.

8. Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or TyagiHub. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the DocMaster application.
